Withdraw From Your Contract

If you are a consumer and purchased a qualifying service from Open Frame Studios online or otherwise at a distance, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Certain legal exceptions may apply depending on the type of service. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

How to withdraw

If a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your booking, you can use the online form below, send us a clear statement at billing@openframestudios.nl, or use the Model Withdrawal Form further down this page.

You do not have to use the Model Withdrawal Form. Any clear statement that identifies your booking and tells us that you wish to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

If you use the online form, we will send you an electronic acknowledgment after your request is submitted.

Submitting this form is a request to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies. It is separate from Open Frame Studios’ standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.

If you only want to cancel or reschedule a class or appointment rather than withdraw from the contract, please use the cancellation options in your booking confirmation or follow our standard cancellation policy
